Rebekah Brandt, Business Office Manager

bomCC@advenagroup.com

Four years ago, I entered the healthcare field as a Business Office Manager. More than a decade in the direct-selling industry helped me understand the value of building genuine relationships to help people ensure their needs are met. That experience has helped me connect with our residents and their families while navigating the ups and downs that come about. I’m so thankful for this opportunity, and I look forward to many more years serving our community.

Kaylee McCann, Director of Social Services and Activities

At a young age, I had a passion for helping others. That’s when I took it upon myself to become a CNA in high school. Being a CNA allowed me to make life better, easier, and more comfortable for those who reside in nursing facilities.

Shortly after, I received an associates degree in graphic design. Graphic design gave me the opportunity to take a set of problems and turn them into something both useful and beautiful. That is why I went back home to become an Activities and Social Services Director at Advena Living in Clay Center. I enjoy being at this job because I get to help elders find happiness and create activities to make them smile.

I am married and have three beautiful children. We love to go to church and spending time outdoors. I feel at home in my personal life and at work. I am very grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me and can’t wait to make more positive changes in the healthcare industry.

I’ve been running the maintenance department for the last six months and have enjoyed learning something new every day.
